Founded in 1950, this long-established camera store began as a hobby of the current owner's father. Specializing in film cameras, the store also repaired and sold classic cameras until recently. The shop offers a full range of camera services, from lectures on how to use them to after-sales support.
In the past, when cameras became fully automatic with batteries, the store faced the crisis of closing as electronics stores across the country began to sell cameras.
As a breakthrough measure, the owner went to Bizen and purchased Bizen Pottery, which he was particular about, and started selling it at the store. From living national treasures to young artists, the store offers works that show the face of their makers.
